  2. 3 apples
  3. 30 g sugar
  4. 10 g cinnamon
  5. 30 g butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the apples: Slice the apples thinly, keeping the slices uniform for even baking.

2. Roll out the pastry: Spread the puff pastry sheet on a clean surface and brush it lightly with melted butter.

3. Add apples and seasonings: Arrange the apple slices over the puff pastry, covering it evenly. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top for a warm, sweet flavor.

4. Roll it up: Gently roll the puff pastry with the apples inside, forming a log. Cut the log into individual rolls.

5. Bake: Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Serve: Once baked, let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar for an elegant touch.
