Instructions

- Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip seafood, chicken, or vegetables into the batter, ensuring even coating.
- Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
