1. Preheat and Prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

2. Roll Out the Dough

  • Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.

3. Add the Garlic Oil & Seasoning

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic together.
  • Brush the mixture evenly over the dough for that rich garlic flavor.

4. Layer the Fillings

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded provolone (or mozzarella) over the dough.
  • Evenly spread the thinly sliced beef on top.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and salt for added depth of flavor.

5. Fold and Cut the Dough

  • Fold the dough over the filling, pressing down gently to seal.
  • Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into strips.
