1. Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
2. Roll Out the Dough
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
3. Add the Garlic Oil & Seasoning
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic together.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the dough for that rich garlic flavor.
4. Layer the Fillings
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded provolone (or mozzarella) over the dough.
- Evenly spread the thinly sliced beef on top.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and salt for added depth of flavor.

- Fold the dough over the filling, pressing down gently to seal.
