- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and sliced into pats
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread strawberry pie filling evenly across the dish.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the filling and spread gently.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer, followed by graham cracker crumbs.
- Arrange butter pats evenly on top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling at the edges.
- Let cool slightly. Top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze before serving.
