Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake Recipe

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and sliced into pats
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread strawberry pie filling evenly across the dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the filling and spread gently.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer, followed by graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Arrange butter pats evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling at the edges.
  7. Let cool slightly. Top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze before serving.
