- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Mix special sauce ingredients: mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Refrigerate.
- Cook ground beef and onions in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Warm tortillas and spread special sauce on each.
- Add beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles to the tortillas.
- Wrap tightly, slice, and serve warm.
