Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix special sauce ingredients: mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Refrigerate.
  2. Cook ground beef and onions in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  3. Warm tortillas and spread special sauce on each.
  4. Add beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles to the tortillas.
  5. Wrap tightly, slice, and serve warm.
