For the Cookie Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped

For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

For the Whipped Cream Layer:

  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream

For Garnish:

  • Chocolate chip cookie crumbs
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix crushed cookies and melted butter, press into a 9×13 dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth, fold in whipped cream, and spread over crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Whisk pudding mix with milk, pour over the peanut butter layer, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with cookie crumbs or chocolate shavings.
