For the Cookie Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped
For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
For the Whipped Cream Layer:
- 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
For Garnish:
- Chocolate chip cookie crumbs
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed cookies and melted butter, press into a 9×13 dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth, fold in whipped cream, and spread over crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Whisk pudding mix with milk, pour over the peanut butter layer, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with cookie crumbs or chocolate shavings.
