These Delicious & Easy Pecan Pie Bars capture all the flavors of a classic pecan pie in a simple, shareable bar. With a buttery shortbread crust and a gooey, nutty pecan topping, they’re the perfect treat for holiday gatherings or gifting!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until crumbly. Press into the pan evenly.
  3. Bake crust for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
  5. Pour over the baked crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until set.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
